Shipping, Refund & Return Policy

DELIVERY & SHIPPING  

Delivery is FREE to Europe, N-America and Australia on orders over 180$ and on orders over 250$ to the rest of the world.
If order spend is below the above amounts then delivery costs are as follows:
  • Europe $25
  • United States and N-America $29
  • Rest of the World $35
    Please allow few days for the production. All items are handmade specially for each customer in our Icelandic base studio.
    After production, your order will be shipped with Worldwide DHL Express delivery.

      RETURNS & EXCHANGES

      To return or exchange please send it back to the following address: Inklaw ehf, Austurstræti 18, 101 Reykjavík Iceland and notify us via e-mail at contact@inklawclothing.com

      Please note, we only accept returns and exchanges if the items are:
      - returned to us within 15 days;
      - in their original, unworn, unused condition with all original tags attached.
      We offer both refunds & exchanges for returned items, please simply email us for those inquiries.

      Please note that we do not refund shipment cost, except where the return is due to product defect or other shortcomings of INKLAW.
